No long-term contracts; every coaching session provides value; customized engagements to meet client needs.

Allison and her clients create two-person teams with horsepower, capability and commitment to moving forward and achieving change on behalf of the client.

A typical engagement is two (60) minute sessions/month for six months (many last longer). Most client meetings occur virtually by video call or phone. 

Clients fill out a Discovery form to be shared with Allison prior to launching an engagement. The Kick-off session is designed to review the discovery material and pertinent client information, to design the coach/client partnership, and to clearly identify client objectives. Future sessions are geared toward relevant exploration and discovery, action planning, and progress toward client goals. Allison assigns homework (in collaboration with her clients) and is available by phone and email to support her clients to help them to achieve success. Many client engagements also include a 360 degree feedback debrief, either based on the Leadership Circle Profile’ tool or an interview style 360. Every engagement concludes with a completion session to take stock of client achievements and learnings, and to clarify practices and future short-term focus.

Change is hard work; most development takes place on the part of the client between sessions.
