Allison Elvekrog

The founder and force behind Mountain West Partners, Allison is an executive coach with a Harvard MBA, accreditation from the Co-Active Training Institute, and certifications from The Leadership Circle and Integrative Enneagram. Her professional experience ranges from start-ups and non-profits to established organizations and institutions. Allison’s career has taken her from a global news agency to the White House to supporting USAID efforts with the Russian Privatization Ministry in Moscow to the private sector in Boston and Silicon Valley.

As an executive coach, facilitator and leadership consultant, Allison helps leaders and teams to be better and work better. With 20+ years of business and client experience, she focuses on leadership development, transitions, and communications, with an emphasis on authentic connection, mindset, action and outcomes. Allison partners with founders, CEOs and executives to help them to thrive in complexity and guide high performance teams and organizations through transformation from a place of competence, confidence and consciousness.

Allison is an engaged volunteer, an active wife and mother of three-flown-the-nest-but-not-quite-grown kids, an enthusiastic sports fan, and a daughter who helped her mother live and die with ALS. A proud Massachusetts native where she grew up with three brothers, she received her bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and was a collegiate field hockey and lacrosse player.

Allison is known throughout her personal and professional circles for her big heart and big mind, straight shooting, authenticity, and genuine interest and affinity for serving others.
